Nothing gets installed and nothing gets stored — you paste an address, read the report, and leave. Want to keep it? “Save as PDF” prints it on our letterhead, but that copy is yours, not ours.
The percentage up top is a rough grade, not a verdict on your business — a site in the seventies is doing fine; one in the forties has a few things quietly costing it visitors. Work down the report and clear the needs work rows first; most are small — an image nobody resized, a missing description, a page that answers slowly. A low number isn't a reason to rebuild everything. It's a to-do list, and if it looks like more than an afternoon, that's when a conversation makes sense.
