What actually happens between ‘hello’ and launch.

A plain walk-through of the stages every project moves through here — and why keeping the same small team across all of them changes what you end up with.

“What happens next?” is a fair thing to want to know before you hand a stranger your brand and your budget. Big studios answer it with a process deck and a cast of account managers. Ours is shorter, because the person explaining it is the person who'll do the work. Here's the whole shape of it.

It starts with hello. You send the short form, an email, or a WhatsApp; we read it — actually read it — and reply within a day, usually the same one. If we're not the right fit, you'll hear that here, along with a nudge towards someone who is. No meeting required to find out.

Then we shape it. A short call to understand the real problem, not the one that's easy to describe — and out of it comes a plain agreement: what we're making, what we're deliberately not, an honest timeline, and a price that won't move unless the scope does. All of it in writing before a pixel is drawn.

The loud part is the design. We sketch, then show you something real early — usually a working version you can click, not a picture of one. You react, we adjust, and your taste and ours meet somewhere in the middle. Then, quietly, the same people who designed it write the code: nothing thrown over a wall to a developer who wasn't in the room, nothing lost in translation, the whole thing coming together in the open rather than as a reveal at the end.

The whole point of staying small is that nothing falls between the steps — because it's the same hands the whole way.

And then it launches — and we stay. We put it live, make sure it holds up, and remain reachable. A month of support is baked in, and the person who picks up when something breaks two years later is the same one who built it — no ticket queue, no “that's a different department.” That's the whole shape of it: one team, hello to launch, with no seams to lose the thread in.

Tell us what you're thinking. We reply within a day, usually the same one.
